Burning Man festival _ Merrimaking

Commission a hood that is completely unique. We won’t use real animal fur, apart from that, our sewing machines are at the mercy of your imagination!

We like to give you in-put as to what your hood looks like. You can choose from one of our designs (see customised hoods) and commission us to make changes to it, or you can set us the challenge of an entirely new animal.

Previous commissions have included hoods designed to look like real pets, or lined with sentimental fabric. We’ve made hoods based on Giraffes, Ewoks, Monkeys, Stags, Highlands Cows….

If you’d like to commission us to make you your own hood, get in touch! hello@merrimaking.co.uk

No animals were harmed
We’d like to think it goes without saying, but we do not and will not use real animal fur.
